MAKE AN IMPACT THAT REACHES ENTIRE COMMUNITIES.

What if your next project wasn’t just another project – but part of transforming how an entire country powers its future?

At Marshalls Energy Company (MEC), we’re working toward a major energy transformation: transitioning our existing 100% thermal power systems toward 100% renewable energy operations by 2050.

Today, MEC operates six power systems, and in 2027 to 2028 we plan to add five new hybrid power networks across additional atoll locations.

  • Prepare and submit Bid Evaluation Reports (BERs) and recommendations for the appropriate approval authority.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project partners to ensure delivery meets contractual, technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and performance, taking corrective action when required.
  • Coordinate with MEC departments, government agencies, development partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead project commissioning, handover, documentation, and close-out to ensure operational readiness and successful project completion.
